Celebrating Lamont's 75 Years of Discovery!
Whether you’re an aspiring young scientist or a long-time science enthusiast, you’re sure to enjoy Lamont-Doherty’s Open House. Join us for lab tours, participate in hands-on earth science activities with our scientists, and learn from world-renowned researchers about their latest discoveries.
Open House is free and open to the public, with a $5 suggested donation.

We encourage attendees to bring reusable water bottles with them to the event. The 9W Market will be on campus offering food and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase.
Please note that most activities are held outside, and the event is held rain or shine! Activities are under tents, but may be placed on grass instead of pavement. In case of inclement weather, please bring an umbrella and/or raincoat for moving between the tents and buildings.
