Ocean and Climate Physics (OCP)

The Ocean and Climate Physics (OCP) division works to understand Earth’s climate system and its natural and human-induced changes. Societally-relevant phenomena such as El Niño, drought, hurricanes, and other aspects of the atmospheric and oceanic circulation are studied through field campaigns, data analysis, and modeling. Exhibits provide a “taste” of some of our current interests and research activities.
